HIGHLY Recommend!! They are honest, good pricing, and excellent communication with fast service. Replaced two old leaking 50-gal tanks with a new tankless system. Works perfectly. Showed me how to operate and perform maintenance on the system, and even vacuumed underneath attic stairs where a little insulation fell.

I called on Saturday afternoon and they were able to install a new water heater first thing Monday morning for my tenant at my rental home. The installation went very quickly with minimal interruption. There have been no issues so far and my tenant is happy. I will likely call them again when it’s time to replace a water heater at my other properties.

Im really happy with my new tankless water heater. This company focuses on just water heaters so I feel assured that they got the installation to the tee. They install to code (upon request w/ fee for the city inspectors) which was very important to me, BBB A+ accredited, installed a dedicated electrical outlet, and vent in roof(sealed) and attic , appointment installation is within 1 day or same day, cleaned up after installation and great pricing. I had a 40gallon water tank that just quit on me and opted to switch to a tankless water heater. They also have interest free financing for 18 months. Friendly installers, thanks Jose and company. Additionally, I have noticed that when they emptied my old water tank, they emptied it outside my house, not in my tub which my other plumbers did before. “It will clog your pipes with the sediment if we do that.” This alone made me aware that they are trustworthy and reliable and not cutting corners for their own convenience. This set them apart from others. I highly recommend this company above others. I will have hot water tonight. 5 stars all around. Thank you.

Jose and Carlos installed my new Rinnai RXP199iN Tankless Water Heater. They were very professional. friendly and answered all my questions. I think anyone who can answer all my questions without rolling their eyes has to be pretty good. “Texans Water Heaters” were great from my first phone call. They kept to schedule, did what they promised, and cleaned up after they had finished. They even made a special trip back to my house two days after the installation to show me how to adjust the temperature. Joe the owner and Priscilla in the office were very patient and answered even more of my questions. Thanks to your entire team for doing such a good job

Had a water heater installed in my attic. The crew arrived at the time they said, put down blankets to cover my carpet, and quickly removed the old unit and installed new equipment. Fast installation, clean workmanship. They also installed a 2nd anode in the tank to minimize tank corrosion and extend the warranty.

This company is highly rated for good reason! The owner, Joe, was easy to reach, very straight forward and honest, and gave me a no non-sense quote over the phone that was hard to beat…I know because I shopped around for quotes. He was ready to get me squared away immediately, even if I seemed indecisive, he laid my worries to rest by promising to give me exactly what I want. I know my 40-gallon water heater was on its last legs and I did my research on condensing and non-condensing tankless water heaters along with their pros and cons. Our garage is pretty packed and I felt there was no way they can easily add a drain line for the condensing model. Also, I felt that the non-condensing unit would be the best option for me even knowing that it is slightly less efficient but still much more efficient than the old tank style water heaters; non-condensing doesn’t require the drain line, however, involves a larger hole being cut in the ceiling for the concentric venting. Anyways, his team of Jose and Brandon showed up and they reviewed the area and said they could do whatever system I wanted but highly recommended the condensing unit to give me the best flow rate and operational savings. I agreed and they got right to work immediately. They quickly drained and removed the old tank, ran a drain line, and installed the branded condensing unit I wanted…which was the latest Rinnai unit that they said I was only 1 in just a handful that had them in the area because they released just a few months ago. There was one hiccup after install where the flame wouldn’t light but it was due to a technology setup issue…the crew apologized and promised to come back the next day to make it right but Joe not even an hour later called me and apologized again and was determined to get it up and running and asked if he could come by personally to try and resolve the issue which he did. Everyone at Texans Water Heaters were punctual, nice, courteous, professional and completed the installation neatly all the while answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend and be glad to work with them again if the need arises. The price quoted was exactly what was due and paid with no additional surprise fees. Had issues with my 10+ year old water heater. Was not getting any hot water… It was Saturday morning and Joe responded to my call right away.
Joe and a his crew came by within an hour! They were mindful of social distance (masks, shoe covers).
He was able to replace the water heater in a very quick yet professional manner. Left the work area cleaned. Pretty impressive customer service!!!

Can’t say enough good about this company. I had 2 water heaters replaced yesterday due to age (10 years old). If you have water heaters in the attic like we do (dumb idea by the way) I don’t mess around with that. Even with a reverse osmosis whole house water filter and me cleaning them religiously I still don’t mess around with potential damage from a failed water heater. These guys are flat out honest with integrity (rare these days). They have a system / process in place and they specialize in water heaters and nothing else (very much an added bonus). I will for sure be spreading the word in my area about these guys.

Made the call and less than 24 hours later, I had a new tank and hot water. The owner Joe was very courteous and professional on the phone, explaining everything that need to be done. Unlike other companies, he immediately gave me an estimate and that estimate didn’t change after the work. Joe and his helper were very courteous, did the install very clean and didn’t cut any corners, as I watched every step. If you are in need of a new water heater, either tank or tank less, Texans Water Heater is definitely your go to. I promise you will not regret the call or the bill.
